PURPOSE:To surely prevent flushing water from leaking, by providing a seal chamber for reserving sealing gas fed from the outside, between a rotor and a casing in a flushing water discharge condition, during flushing of a silo for reserving therein granular material. CONSTITUTION:A branching cock 20 which is provided in the outlet of a silo storing therein granular particles such as synthetic resin pallets or the like, comprises a substantially cylindrical rotor 28 rotatable about a point at 01, which is disposed in a casing 26 having one inlet port 27 and two outlet ports 30, 32. Seal air introduction holes 35a-35c are formed in the casing 26 at three positions in the circumferential direction thereof. Further, seal chambers 38a-38c are formed in the wall passage 28a of the rotor 28 at three positions, and are adapted to be communicated with the introduction holes 35a-35c so that seal air fed through a pipe line 82 is fed into the chambers 38a-38c. The seal air is discharged outside through a gap 34.
