PURPOSE:The titled sheet, containing styrene-butadiene-styrene SBS type block copolymer, coumarone based resin, aliphatic petroleum resin and electrically conductive particles, etc., having improved adhesive force, providing ready bonding operation and useful for connecting precise circuits. CONSTITUTION:A sheet obtained by dissolving (A) styrene-butadiene-styrene SBS type block copolymer and/or styrene-isoprene-styrene SIS type block copolymer, preferably with 25-35wt% styrene content, (B) coumarone based resin, preferably 100-160 deg.C softening point, (C) an aliphatic petroleum resin, preferably having 95-110 deg.C softening point and (D) electrically conductive particles, e.g. nickel powder, etc., having preferably 5-35mu average particle diameter in a solvent, e.g. toluene, etc., and applying the resultant solution to a polyester film, etc. The weight ratio of the components is preferably as follows; 100:70-130:10-40 ratio of the components (A):(B):(C).
