摘要 PURPOSE:To automatically calculate the tilt angle of the optical fiber charged hole of an optical core by irradiating the charged hole with light, and moving a light source and finding the position of the light source when the light passes through the charged hole. CONSTITUTION:A holder 23 is fitted onto the optical core 11 and a start button is turned on. Then, the light source 14 at the center part of a table 37 turns on to irradiate the optical core 11. At this time, the light source 14 is on the center line of the holder 23. When the irradiated light can not be detected by the photodetecting element of a protection plate 24, a stepping motor 36 rotates. Then, a rotary disk 32 rotates and the table 37 supported by it moves intermittently. Consequently, the position light source 14 is sent as an electrical signal to a tilt angle calculating part through the operation of a scale provided to the disk 32 and an element to be detected which is provided to the table, thereby calculating the tilt angle theta.
