<p>PURPOSE:To increase the lifetime of an electronic computer together with improvement of its reliability by preventing easily the corrosion of the component material of the cooling system of the electronic computer by fluorocarbon at a low cost and at the same time cooling the computer. CONSTITUTION:The products of decomposition, the mixed water, etc. are removed from the refrigerant which is used to a cooling system to prevent the corrosion of the component materials. Thus the purity of the refrigerant is kept at a fixed level. In other words, the fluorocarbon used to cool an electronic computer is decomposed by itself owing to mixture of water or various impurities, the local heating, etc. Thus the corrosive hydrofluoric is produced. This corrosive hydrofluoric acid is removed to prevent the corrosion of the component materials of a cooling system of the computer. Thus a long lifetime is secured for the electronic computer. That is, a circulating pump, the filters 3, the corrosive harmful ion removing columns 4, a dielectric constant measuring mechanism 5 and an ion analysis system 6 respectively.</p> |
