PURPOSE:To surely release a stick by turning a fly wheel with the thrust of a jack by composing of the arm fixed to the fly wheel and the jack which pushes this arm. CONSTITUTION:A fly wheel 8 is turned via an arm 16 by extending a jack 18 by feeding a press oil with a manual hydraulic pump 21 thereto in case of a sticking being generated. In this way even if a shaft and pin, and link and metal come into contact with high bearing pressure the turning can be performed smoothly with small force and the stick is easily released. |
