PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition which has a high hardness, a low melt viscosity, and a low melting point, by mixing two or more specified compounds. CONSTITUTION:An isocyanate (e.g., hexamethylene diisocyanate) is reacted with active hydrogen compounds comprising a 1-20C (un)substituted alcohol (e.g., methyl alcohol) and/or a 1-20C (un)substituted primary or secondary amine (e.g., methylamine) at 0-200 deg.C in the presence (absence) of a catalyst (e.g., triethylamine) to give two or more compounds of the formula [wherein R is R'-O- or R'-NH-; R' is a 1-20C (un)substituted alkyl] which have each a melting point of 50-80 deg.C. These two or more compounds are mixed in such proportions that the content of the component in the greatest amount is 80wt% or less.
