PURPOSE:To pickup the image of an object at close range and to improve the precision of illumination by providing a near infrared light source for exposure correspondingly to an image pickup part. CONSTITUTION:An image pickup part 12 constituting a camera body is set to an operation panel 11 of a cash dispenser 10 so that this part 12 faces the object, for example, a user 13. A near infrared light source 18 is set to the operation panel 11 correspondingly to the image pickup part 12. Since a device is so constituted that the image of the user 13 can be always picked up at close range in a prescribed exposure state, the precision of image pickup is raised as much as possible. Thus, the details of the user 13 are confirmed to improve the monitor precision.
