PURPOSE:To stabilize the yield of products and promote standardization of production control by adjusting automatically either one of temperature of raw material, concentration of specified component, or crystallization operation pressure according to variation of amount of product recovery and restoring back recovery of product to target value to maintain amount of product recovery constant. CONSTITUTION:The amount of production recovery corresponding to a crystallization operation pressure, temperature of raw material and concentration of specified component are memorized by an operation and control device 19 in a pressure crystallization device, and in operation, the amount of product recovery is detected by a product recovery detector 17 per batch every time, putting in signals into the operation and control device 19. The amount of product recovery and the target amount are compared with each other in said device 19, which calculates the amount to correct the necessary temperature of raw material, crystallization operation pressure and concentration of specified component in the raw material to correct the amount of product recovery back to target value in accordance with the difference of comparison, and signals are issued to one of raw material temperature adjusting device 18, a hydraulic unit 12 (or pressure-control valves V1-V3) or a raw material concentration adjusting device to correct the temperature of raw material, crystallization operation pressure or concentration of raw material.
