<p>PURPOSE:To increase power recovery and eliminate corrosion of gas main tube and the like by setting up a system consisting of a blast furnace, a dry dust collector, a power generation turbine, a Venturi scrubber type neutralizing and cleaning device and an after-process. CONSTITUTION:Dry gas passed through a blast furnace, a dry dust collector and a power generating turbine is guided into a Venturi scrubber 1, at an inlet 2 of which a mixed solution of alkaline solution for neutralizing agent and water is spread to neutralize acid substance in the gas. By-products created by neutralization is flowed from a discharge gutter 6 outside the system to prevent corrosion and the also CO2 gas corrosion. The pH of said drain is measured continuously and fed back automatically to the neutralizing device for pH control.</p> |
