Laundry additive products comprising a solid laundry additive composition and a flexible, sheet-like apertured substrate carrying a water-releasable coating of the laundry additive composition. The substrate has an aperture density of from about 10 to 30 apertures per sq cm and the apertures have a width of from about 0.5 to 5mm and a length of from about 0.8 to 5mm. The product comprises areas of uncoated aperture and areas within the coating covers the apertures and extends between opposing surfaces of the substrate. The ratio of areas of uncoated to coated apertures is from about 15:1 to 1:3. The weight ratio of composition:substrate is at least 5:1. The additive products combine a high loading of composition together with excellent flexibility, product release, feel and storage characteristics.
