PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent shelf stability under high-temperature conditions, containing at least one specified dye and a pH buffering agent. CONSTITUTION:A compd. (a) having a sulfo group, represented by formula I (wherein D is a residue of an org. dye having a sulfo group; R is H or a 1-4C lower alkyl which maybe substituted by OH, CN, alkoxy, halogen, COOH, carbamoyl, sulfamoyl, etc.) is condensed with a trihalogenotriazine (b) of formula II (wherein X is halogen). The resulting condensate is condensed with a compd. (c) of formula III [wherein R2 is R1: A is phenylene which may be substituted by CH3, C2H5, methoxy, ethoxy, Cl, Br, sulfo, etc.; Y is a group of formula IV or V (wherein Z is a group which can be removed by an alkali)] to obtain a dye (A) of formula VI, 5-50wt% at least one dye A and 0-5wt%pH buffering agent (e.g., sodium acetate) are added to an aq. reaction mixture to obtain the title compsn.
