The invention relates to a body-washing device making it possible to use the heat of the sanitary hot water itself for heating the premises in which this sanitary hot water is used. It consists of an apparatus for spraying the water, placed in a very well heat-insulated premises and with small temperature lag, the sprayed water serving both for washing and for heating the premises. A film reflecting the infrared radiation may be added onto the walls of the premises so as to improve their thermal behaviour.
