PURPOSE:To prevent straight kinematic accuracy in a slide table from being deteriorated by disturbance due to whirling at the feed screw side, by connecting the slide table to a feed screw nut floatingly by means of a simple structural single device. CONSTITUTION:In a joint body block 1, there are provided with cylindrical spaces 2a and 2b in two direction to be orthogonalized and a through hole 3 for a feed screw nut 8. Likewise, in these two cylindrical spaces, there is provided with each blowout hole 4 for feeding a static pressure fluid, the these blowout holes 4 are connected together in the inner part of the joint body block 1, leading to an intake hole 5 for the static pressure fluid. A feed screw nut clamping cylindrical slider 6 and a slide table connecting cylindrical slider 7 both are fitted in these cylindrical spaces 2a and 2b. In this slider 6, there is provided with an insertion hole for the feed screw nut 8, whereby the feed screw nut 8 is inserted into this hole and clamped with a clamp screw 9. In the slider 7, there is provided with the through hole 3 for the nut and it is clamped to a slide part 10 in a way of making this hole 3 so large as not con tact if the nut 8 is deflected. |
