PURPOSE:To reduce the accumulation of backlash in a gear mechanism, where many spur gears are engaged with one another, and reduce play of the manual adjusting operation by dividing the gear mechanism constituting a manual adjusting mechanism into plural systems. CONSTITUTION:A gear mechanism 24 is divided into the first system 24a and the second system 24b, and the gear mechanism part 24a is rotated by a sput gear 26 fixed axially to a transmission shaft 22. The gear mechanism part 24b has a bevel gear 32, which is engaged with a bevel gear 31 stuck axially to the front end of the transmission shaft 22, in one end and has an interlocking shaft 34, which is horizontally laid freely rotatably on a bottom plate b' of a device frame B through supporting pieces 33, and a bevel gear 36, which is engaged with a bevel gear 35 provided in the other end of the shaft 34, in the front end. When a manual adjusting shaft 28 is rotated this rotation is transmitted to the gear mechanism part 24b through the transmission shaft 22, the interlocking shaft 34, and a revolving shaft 34; and therefore, the accumulation of backlash of the gear mechanism 24 is reduced to a half.
