The invention provides tetrahydroquinolinylalkylamino pyrimidones, and ring homologues thereof, of the general formula (1): <IMAGE> wherein R1 is hydrogen or an alkyl, alkoxy, halogen or amino-substituent, m and n are each 2, 3 or 4 and R2 is hydrogen, alkyl or variously substituted benzyl. The compounds are useful as histamine-H1-receptor antagonists. |
