PURPOSE:To eliminate a branching circuit of a high frequency part to economize a device by stopping read of modulated data stored in a modulation memory not to modulate the output of a phase modulator when data from the other part station is received. CONSTITUTION:The data signal from an input terminal 1 is inputted to a modulation memory 2 and is converted to modulated data. When a signal is not inputted from an antenna 5 and a detection signal is not outputted from a phase demodulator 7, a controller 8 reads out modulated data from the memory 2 and inputs it as burst data to a phase modulator 3. The modulator 3 outputs a phase modulated wave, and this wave is transmitted from the antenna 5 through a transmitter-receiver 4. The signal received from the antenna 5 is mixed with the output signal from a reception local transmitter, namely, non- modulated phase modulated output by a reception mixer 6 and is demodulated by the phase demodulator 7 and is inputted to a demodulation memory 9 and is outputted from an output terminal.
