PURPOSE:To easily obtain a highly accurate head by fitting a coil wound in advance to a base formed incorporatedly in advance, fitting a crystal and an insulation plate being insulators to the head and adhering and fixing the base and the head on one face. CONSTITUTION:Three grid from recesses 9 to form plural projections in the lengthwise direction are provided in the broadwise direction to a rectangular prism magnetic base 13 and the coil 22 wound in advance is fitted to the middle projections 11. In order to form three projections in the broadwise direction and plural projections 10 in lengthwise direction, recesses 17 with a slope at the bottom in the lengthwise direction and plural recesses 21 in the broadwise direction are formed, a long groove 19 is provided at the middle part of the recesses 17 of the bottom with a slope are provided and an insulator 20 is fitted. The head of the base 13 fitted with the insulator 23 having a dimension reaching the base recess is adhered and fixed to the split groove 21 of plural number in the broadwise direction and the base 13 and the head insulation plate 23 are cut off at cut faces 24, 25 as shown in dotted lines to obtain each unit magnetic head.
