PRINTING FRAME POSITIONING DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC EXPOSING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To automate exposure and to attain continuous production by carrying a printing frame device for holding exposing pattern films on its upper and lower printing frames from an exposing position to a work extracting/feeding position and arranging an electromagnet on the carried position to position the printing frames. CONSTITUTION:The pattern films F are held between the upper and lower printing frames 1 of the printing frame device 3 and a work to be a printed circuit board is held between the upper and lower pattern films. The printing frame device 3 is exposed by a light source at an exposing position. After exposure, the printing frame device 3 is carried to the work extracting/feeding position by a carrying device. The electromagnet 12 is arranged on the work extracting/feeding position and the carried device 3 is abutted upon the electromagnet 12 to remove distortion and position the printing frames. Then, the upper and lower printing frames 1 are opened by an opening/closing mechanism. A robot is moved adjacently to the extracting/feeding position to extract the exposed work and feed a new work. The printing frame device 3 is carried to the exposing position again so as to be exposed. Since the electromagnet is arranged on the work extracting/feeding position, the printing frames can be accurately positioned and products can be stabilized.
