PURPOSE:To easily apply an anticorrosive lining on the inner surface of an existing pipe by providing a housing stand, a spraying device, and a pressing pig to an in-pipe traveling carriage in the title device for lining the inner surface of a sewer pipe, etc. CONSTITUTION:A corniced thin film 11 having a diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the existing pipe 1 and a specified length is housed in the housing stand 8 of a housing frame 6 which is provided behind the carriage 2. The thin film 11 is fixed to one end part 24 of the pipe 1, and drawn out by traveling the carriage 2. A resin 19 in a tank 17 and glass fiber 21 are simultaneously sprayed from a nozzle 16 by a pump 18, a resin feed pipe 13 is turned by a hydraulic motor 3 along the clearance 15, and the chipped material is injected over the whole periphery of the clearance between the existing pipe 1 and the thin film 11. The thin film 11 is thereafter pressed on the inner surface of the pipe 1 by the pig 22, and a finished surface is formed. The resin 19 is cured, a lining is easily applied by the resin layer reinforced with the glass fiber 21 and the thin film 11, and corrosion is prevented.
