PURPOSE:To obtain a switch circuit with excellent matching with a phase length by using a PIN diode and a slot line. CONSTITUTION:A slot line (l) is formed on a dielectric base C and PIN diodes D1-D2n are connected while being bridged over the gap of the slot line in terms of high frequencies. The input/output slot lines are connected in Y shape, and in turning on one diode of the Y-shaped diodes and turning off the other, the inputted signal is reflected by the diode turned on and flows to the diode turned off. In inverting the turning on/off of the diodes, the signal path is changed over.
