PRODUCTION OF ICED FRUIT-CONTAINING ZENZAI (THICK BEAN-MEAL SOUP) CONSISTING ESSENTIALLY OF FRUIT, ADZUKI BEAN AND SUGAR AS FOOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce iced fruit-containing ZENZAI (thick bean-meal soup), by using a fruit, ADZUKI beans and sugar as principal ingredients. CONSTITUTION:Almost equal amounts of ADZUKI beans, sugar and, as desired, corn starch are used to boil up the ADZUKI beans and the boiled mixture is cooled. A fruit is then put therein and frozen.
