<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a primary coil and a secondary conductor of a body side from contacting to damage by providing the primary coil or the secondary conductor in the state that they are disposed at the lower side of the secondary conductor or the primary coil provided at a guide rails side. CONSTITUTION:A conveying body having wheels 1 is movably supported to guide rails A, and driven by a liner motor. The motor has a primary coil C at the body side, and a striplike secondary conductor P at the rails A side. In this case, the conductor P at the rails A side. In this case, the conductor P is composed in a composite type of a nonmagnetic material P1 formed on the lower side of the rail A and a magnetic material P2 to be inserted into cavities 4 formed on a lower wall so as to generate a high thrust. The material P2 is secured by a wedge 5 to absorb the longitudinal extension and contraction difference from the rail A. Thus, even if the wheels 1 are worn, it can eliminate the possibility of contacting damage of the coil C with the conductor P.</p> |
