PURPOSE:To ensure favorable heat response characteristics and enhance mechanical reliability, by a construction wherein a reinforcing plate for a flexible cable plate is provided with a through-hole, a temperature-detecting element is contained and mounted in the through-hole and on the back side of a signal plate, a heat-releasing plate is provided with a groove or a hole at a predetermined part thereof, and the temperature-detecting element is covered by a heat-conductive resin such as a silicone resin. CONSTITUTION:A rise in the temperature of a heat-releasing plate 1 or the like is detected by, for example, a construction wherein a chip thermistor 9 for detecting temperature is contained and mounted in a through-hole 10 provided in a reinforcing plate 32, and is electrically connected to a signal plate 31. A flexible cable plate on which the temperature-detecting element is mounted is fixed on the heat-releasing plate 1 in such a direction that the reinforcing plate 32 makes contact with the plate 1. Preferably, the plate 1 is provided with a groove, a hole or a through-hole 11 at a part thereof facing the temperature-detecting element, and the holes 10, 11 are preliminarily filled with a heat-conductive resin 12. |
