CONSTITUTION:It is possible to detect a trouble in the heating mechanism of a high frequency oscillation tube 5, etc. and fire in an object to be heated from the relation between the temperature in the exhaust gas and the temperature of the object 3 to be heated. For example, when the object 3 to be heated is heated and catches fire, the temperature of the exhaust gas rises to a high temperature suddenly. Accordingly it is possible to detect fire from detection signal of a temperature sensor 7. In this case, the control device 17 lets a speaker 15 issue an alarm in voice that 'fire accident has occurred.' And at the same time signal is sent to an electric power source device 16 to stop the driving of the high frequency oscillation tube 5, fan 6, motor 8, and lamp 10. At this time the present heating device is reset to the state kept before an input/output device 18 is operated.
