This machine is intended for transporting and laying concrete elements, in particular kerbstones, paving stones and similar blocks. It comprises a self-propelled chassis designed to receive and support a pallet carrying kerbstones, this chassis being equipped with a device for picking up, handling and laying the kerbstones, which has the general shape of a bracket and comprises: - a vertical column 2 fixed to the chassis 1 near one of the lateral edges 130 of the latter; - two horizontal arms 3, 4 which are articulated, on the one hand, to the column 2 about a vertical axis X1, and, on the other hand, to each other about a vertical axis X2, these arms carrying at their free end an electric winch 5 which receives a cable 8 to which a grasping clamp 6 is fastened.
