PURPOSE:To obtain the titled product, having improved sealability, soundproof and earthquakeproof properties, etc., freely colorable without causing staining problems, by adding a specific polybutene and liquid paraffin in place of a bituminous material to a raw material for polyurethane. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. polyether polyol is initially blended with >=40pts.wt. polybutene having >=4,000cSt kinematic viscosity at 40 deg.C, >=5pts.wt. liquid paraffin, foaming agent, catalyst, silicone oil and organic isocyanate. A pigment and filler are, as necessary, blended with the resultant raw material for polyurethane and the blend is mixed, stirred and expanded to afford the aimed product. the ratio of the polybutene to the liquid paraffin is preferably 1:0.05-1:0.7 from the viewpoint of effect on increase in closed cell content in the product etc., and sound absorbing and sound insulating properties, etc.
