PURPOSE:To reduce the difference between the thicknesses at both ends of a printed board and consequently enhance the accuracy of the interval between the gold terminals of substrates by a method wherein substrates, the thicknesses at both ends of each of which are different from each other, are laminated to one another in such a manner that the thicker end of one substrate and the thinner end of another substrate are alternately put one upon another in order to form inner layer substrates. CONSTITUTION:Substrates, the thicknesses at both ends of each of which are different from each other, are used in such a manner that the thicker end of an upper layer substrate 1-1 is put upon the thinner end of an inner layer substrate 1-2. In a similar manner, the inner layer substrate 1-2 and an inner layer substrate 1-3 are piled up and successively the inner layer substrate 1-3 and a lower layer substrate 1-4 are piled up. In addition, prepreg resins 2-1-2-3 with the predetermined thicknesses are inserted in between respective substrates. By alternately laminating the thicker end of one substrate and the thinner end of another substrate, the deviations between the ends of the respective substrates are corrected and the deviations between the ends of a printed board after laminatedly molded become small and a multilayer printed board with highly accurate thickness is completed.
|
