PURPOSE:To make it possible to stably convey even a heavy workpiece, by providing an arm-like workpiece receiver, and by securing cams to both end extensions of a drive shaft so that the cam surfaces are clamped by cam rollers. CONSTITUTION:During a drive shaft 24 being elevated on rotation, the associated gear 29 is rotated together with a plate cam 25 to rotate the associated cam 37. Thereafter, a roller follower 42 completes its rolling movement on the arcuated section 37a of the associated cam, and comes to a boundary contiguous to a contour 37b where the associated cam 37 rises. When the drive shaft 24 is rotated further, the roller follower 42 is rotated about a hollow shaft 16 by means of the part of the contour 37b which causes the lift of the associated cam 37. Then, a bellcrank 41 rotates in the same direction overcoming a tension spring 43 to rotate the hollow shaft 16 so that a workpiece receiver 9 is rotated. Therefore, a rail 15 is inclined with its one side which is located above a spindle being raised, thereby a workpiece 3 slides on the rail 16 to be paid out.
