PURPOSE:To facilitate the fabrication of the mounted portion of a cooling fan by forming the mounted portion with a projection of which surface is smoothed at the back face of a field core. CONSTITUTION:At the back face 8 of a field core 4a a projection 10 is circularly formed. In this way, the cutting will do only to the projection 10 at the back face 8 of the field core 4a, so that the cutting work can be very much dispensed with and the installation of a cooling fan 7 facilitated.
