PURPOSE:To obtain lead wire having high cooling effect by composing lead wire for supplying a current externally to a superconductive device contained in a cryostat of a porous metal disposed between the terminals of both ends and enclosed with a reinforcing insulator disposed therebetween, and supplying cooling gas to the pores of the metal. CONSTITUTION:A connecting terminal 8 is opposed to a connecting terminal 7 to a low temperature side superconductive device and to a normal temperature side power source connected with the remaining part 9 of a shank 1. A conductive porous metal 2 such as copper is provided as the shank 1 between the remaining part 9 and the terminal 8, and enclosed by a reinforcing insulator 3. Thereafter, an He gas inlet 5 is opened near the terminal 7, and an outlet 6 is opened near the remaining part 9, and He is fed through the pore 4 presented therebetween to cool leads. Thus, the leads are effectively cooled by the sensible heat of the He gas and a sectional area necessary for energizing is sufficiently obtained. |
