PURPOSE:To obtain electrical propulsion, by providing an electrical device for sucking and jetting electrons and ions in an air frame, and coils around the electrical device. CONSTITUTION:Coils 2 are arranged around an electrical device 1 for sucking and jetting electrons and ions to form an airframe in which entrance and exit ports 3 for sucking and jetting electrons and ions are formed. The electrical device 1 is operated to suck electrons and ions thereinto. Further, electrons and ions are jetted from a negative electrode 3b. Accordingly, the magnetic field generated by the coils 2 and the suction and jet of electrons and ions may produce propulsion.
