PURPOSE:To automatically locate a screen plate by constitutionally calculating the moving position of the screen plate from time signals of the present date and hour, orientation signal of traveling direction of vehicle, signals of longitude and latitude of traveling land and signal of vehicle inclination. CONSTITUTION:Total day and hour from a generator 1, the longitude and lati tude of the present position of a vehicle from potentiometers 2, 3, the orientation of traveling direction of the vehicle from bearing indicator 4 and the vertical inclination of the vehicle from an inclinometer 5 are sent respectively to the input of a computer 7 through a converter 6. The computer 7 calculates the position of a screen plate 14 according to a predetermined program. On the basis of the calculation result are driven motors 10, 11 so that the screen plate 14 is moved in the directions of X, Y axes to bring the screen plate 14 in a predetermined position on a line interconnecting the sun and a driver. Thus, the screen plate can be automatically located to improve safety.
