PREPARATION:A microorganism in Streptococcus, capable of producing an antitumor agent SPF 10-10 is cultured in a medium and penicillin or its relating substance is added to the medium in an appropriate period and the cultivation is continued. The cell bodies are centrifuged off, the filtrate is concentrated, and purified to give an antitumor agent, SPF 10-10.
