<p>PURPOSE:To incorporate parts making the best use of the small space formed between the cases of various kinds of apparatus and internally installed parts, or between circuit parts by a method wherein the cross-sectional area, crossing at right angle with the direction of leg core wire, is formed almost into triangular shape. CONSTITUTION:Iron cores 1 and 2 are formed in the same shape by sinter- molding ferrite powder, their inner legs 1a and 2a are formed in square cylindrical shape having the cross-sectional area of right-angled equilateral triangle, and the outer legs 1b and 2b are formed into plate-like shape in parallel with one face of the inner legs 1a and 2a corresponding to the diametrical side of a triangle. Coil winding space is provided between the inner legs 1a and 1b and the outer legs 1b and 2b, and one end part of said legs is integrally connected using delta-shaped yokes 1c and 2c. A bobbin 3 has almost delta-shaped flanges 3b and 3c on both sides of a square cylindrical winding part 3a, the winding part 3a has square cylindrical holes to be used for insertion of the inner legs 1a and 2a of the iron cores 1 and 2, and said square cylindrical hole is interconnected to the recessed parts 3d and 3e formed outside the flanges 3b and 3c.</p> |
