摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent drop of shafts of an industrial robot due to misoperation by inputting the state of a brake releasing switch to a control part to detect the misoperation of the brake releasing switch. CONSTITUTION:When a main switch 30 is turned on, a control part 21 starts the operation. If a brake releasing switch 31 is closed at this initial time, this closing of the switch 31 is displayed on a display part 36 with a signal LOCK turned on. An operator finds the misoperation by this display and opens the brake releasing switch 31. The control part 21 does not output a PWM control signal to a motor driver 24 until the brake releasing switch 31 is opened. Thus, the misoperation of the brake releasing switch 31 is eliminated completely. Thus, drop of shafts of the robot due to careless brake release is prevented.
