The wall-box allows a pipe to be passed through a steam barrier sheet (6) in a structure, and has seals (2,5) between the outer surface (1) of the pipe and the edge of the sheet. The seals each comprise a flanged disc (3) enclosing and sealed to the pipe, and containing a peripheral groove (4). In the groove fits a flexible sealing ring (5) of complementary cross-section, the sheet edge being clamped between the ring and the groove. |
