PURPOSE:To achieve a higher frequency response and detection response to position and speed, by performing the measurement of positions at a quick timing while the calculation of speed control is done at a long timing. CONSTITUTION:A first sampling timer 404 generates an output tS1 for speed control computation while a second sampling timer 405 generates an output tS2 for measurement of position. It is necessary that the cycle tS2 of the output of the second sampling timer should be less than the cycle tS1 of the output of the first sampling timer. To secure a fixed sampling, tS2 is selected to be a cycle one-(n)th (n: integer) as much as tS1. A communication line 114 is provided to synchronize tS1 with tS2.
