PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a vehicle and to carry out the connection of a clutch smoothly, by providing an operating means which operates an actuator for adjusting the opening of a throttle valve in such a manner that the opening corresponds to the revolution number of an engine calculated by a calculating means. CONSTITUTION:A ROM 19 stores the relation between the operating amount of an accelerator pedal 9, the revolution number of an engine 1 and a throttle valve as data. A CPU 18 calculates the revolution number of the engine for the water temperature of the engine, based on the detected signals of a water temperature detecting sensor 6 and the detecting sensor 10 of the opening of the accelerator and the data stored in the ROM 19. Furthermore, the CPU 18 operates an actuator for adjusting the opening in such a manner that the throttle valve opening corresponds to the revolution number of the engine. Thus, the operability of a vehicle is improved, and the connection of a clutch can be carried out smoothly.
