PURPOSE:To decrease man-hours necessary for the management and operation of data by generating a data set for every retrieval pattern. CONSTITUTION:First a necessary data set is generated from a personnel affair attributive information table 1, and at this time, a rough sorting of the retrieval pattern is executed. And the data is set for each retrieval pattern. For instance, fifty parameters are set in a data set 11 from the personnel affair attributive information table 1, seventy parameters are set in a data set 12 from the said table and another one 1 and 2, and further, fourty parameters from the table 2 are set in a data set 1n. Thus the data is narrowed down. Next, in case of setting retrieval and output conditions for the data set 1n, the retrieval/output conditions are generated 20 to set the name of service, and outputted to a retrieval-output condition set 21. A user can obtain a necessary information from the set 21 by designating the name of service. |
