PURPOSE:To make the device in small size and light weight and prevent breakage through detection of any obstacle by furnishing a driver device consisting of a motor operated cylinder equipped with a nut, which is screw fitted with a screw rod to rotate in a single piece with the rotator shaft of a DC motor and coupled with a link shaft to move in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:When a DC motor 24 is operated, a nut 26 screw fitted with a screw rod 25 moves to the right, and a coupling rod 15 rotates a drive lever 31 clockwise. This motion is transmitted to the base 35 via a follower lever 33, and to another follower lever 38 via a third follower lever 34 and a coupling rod 36, and further to the base 35 via a follower shaft 36 and a follower lever 37. The base is lifted in parallel, and an arm 41 of a transfer device placed on the base 35 is heaved to allow an L-shaped detent piece 41a at the tip of the arm to be in engagement with the gap in the pallet whereon the cargo is placed. Thus, preparation for loading on a truck is completed. This does not require many heavy objects to permit making the device in small size and light weight, and eventual existence of any obstacle in the vertical passages of the base causes change in the current, when the current to the motor is shut to prevent occurrence of failure.
