PURPOSE:To enhance the operating efficiency of construction work as well as prevent the occurrence of caisson disease by using a system in which the resetting of a bucket to the wire of a winch in a compressed air operation chamber is performed in an unmanned manner. CONSTITUTION:A bucket mover (a) in which a vacant bucket (b) is put on a base plate 21 is moved to a muck-loading position, and muck is loaded on the bucket (b). The carrier (a) is then moved to a carry-out position beneath an air gate 3, and a bucket hanger (c) waiting in the gate 3 is lowered by a winch wire 26 and automatically attached to the bucket (b). The bucket (b) is hung up through the gate 3 and a vertical tube 6, and the muck is discharged. Since a series of the operations for discharging muck are performed in an unmanned manner, a danger of the compressed air caisson work can be minimized, and the operations can be made exactly and efficiently.
