PURPOSE:To increase the executing speed of a working program by editing and storing a program requiring reduction of the control executing time into a code that can be executed directly by a CPU and at the same time defining the program with a single instruction to designate it into the working program. CONSTITUTION:The 1-block data 10 read out of a working program 1 by a 1-block reader 2 of a program analyzing means 1A is converted into a form that can be executed an analyzing device 3. Then the actual action of a control executing device 4 is controlled. While the device 3 transfers its processing to a coded program editing means 1B in a definition instruction mode where the data 10 is defined by a single instruction. Thus a code executing device performs coding directly with no conversion by means of a coded program 8 where a processing program requiring reduction of the control time is converted into the codes that can be executed directly by a CPU via a definition program analyzing device 6, a code converting device 7, etc. In such a way, the executing speed of the working program is increased.
