PURPOSE:To utilize the outer wall of a cargo chamber effectively by a method wherein a heat radiating unit is provided on the outer wall of the cargo chamber for a vehicle having the van-type cargo chamber and the heat radiating unit is connected to the cooling system of the heat generating source of the vehicle so as to circulate cooling liquid therethrough. CONSTITUTION:The cooling liquid (water) of the heat generating source 1 (engine for example) of a vehicle is sent by a pump 2 to heat radiating units R, R1-R3, formed on the outer wall W of a cargo chamber 3, through pipes 14-17 and is circulated so as to return it to an engine 1 through the pipes 18-20. According to this method, the cooling water is cooled in the heat radiating unit R by air,flowing along the surface of the outer wall W, when the vehicle is running while the cooling water is cooled by convection in the heat radiating unit R when the vehicle is stopped. Accordingly, the outer wall W of the cargo chamber 3 may be utilized effectively and a space for a path, introducing atmosphere into a heat exchanger (radiator) provided in the vehicle so far, becomes unnecessary while a fan becomes also unnecessary and power for driving the fan will never be consumed.
