PURPOSE:To permit to deliver hot-water surely by a method wherein a combustion commanding signal is transmitted to a combustion control unit at first and a hot-water supply commanding signal is transmitted to a hot-water supply control unit after the delay of a given time, in a signal processing unit, to which a hot-water supply control signal is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:A combustion control unit 34 controls the operating condition of a combustion unit 5 for increasing the temperature of water while a hot-water supply control unit 36 controls the operating condition of a hot-water delivery unit 6, which delivers hot-water whose temperature is increased. When a hot-water supply control signal is transmitted, a signal processing unit 2 transmits a combustion commanding signal to the combustion control unit 34 at first and transmits a hot-water supply commanding signal to a hot-water supply control unit 36 after the delay of a given time. As a result, the combustion unit is provided with sure ignition and burning condition by simple remote control operation and hot-water, whose temperature is risen surely, may be delivered.
