PURPOSE:To inhibit the dispersion of a temperature in a sealing body at the time of the heating of the sealing body, and to equalize the gelation of an insulator by using a box-shaped jig for heating, an upper surface thereof is opened and to a base central section thereof a hot-air intake is formed. CONSTITUTION:A sealing body 8 is placed on a metallic plate 9, directing a plate glass 4 downward, and the metallic plate 9 is placed on a jig 10 for heating and housed in a heating furnace body 11. The jig 10 for heating takes a box shape, an upper surface thereof is opened, a hot-air intake 10a is shaped at a base central section, and a clearance 10b is formed between both end sections of the metallic plate 9 and the circumferential wall of the jig 10 for heating. When hot air heated by a heater 13 is circulated by a fan 12, hot air enters fro the hot-air intake 10a, flows to both end sections from the central section of the metallic plate 9, and flows toward the fan 12 through the clearance 10b, and temperature difference in the surface of the metallic plate 9 is reduced. Accordingly, an insulator 3 in the sealing body 8 is made to uniform gelation, the insulator 3 is not discolored, thus manufacturing a solar cell module having excellent weatherproofness. |
