PURPOSE:To prevent a foreground color from being painted out in a background color and to prevent a printing head from damaging by removing background color parts from a display image plane and printing the remaining part on a printer device. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with a color display device 5, the printer device 7, and a processor 1 which controls both devices. When the display image plane of the color display device 5 is printed on the printer device 7, the processor 1 removes the background color from the display image plane, generates dot patterns of respective printer ribbons as to the display image plane after the background color is removed, and sends the dot patterns to the printer device 6. Consequently, the foreground color is never painted out in the background color and the printing head is prevented from damaging.
