PURPOSE:To aim at ensuring the set hooking of uncured tires and the unloading thereof at the next process step, by providing a tire set hooking device having a plurality of carriers and an inverted auxiliary guide, and a tire unloading device for automatically removing tires from hangers and feeding them to the next process step. CONSTITUTION:A bead section is shifted to a hanger H which is then advanced while stopper arms are closed, and a carrier 30C2 is advanced to that an uncured tire W is inverted. With the repetition of the above-mentioned steps to shift several tires W onto hangers H. When a tire W passes through a gap S between roller conveyers 61a, 61b in a tire unloading device 60, the tire W strikes upon the conveyers 61a, 61b, and stopper arms 62 which extend from and retract into the outer surfaces of the conveyers 61a, 61b are raised to push up the tire W from the hanger H. Then, after the forward end of the hanger H passing through the conveyers 61a, 61b, the stopper arms 62 are lowered to dump the tire W which is therefore delivered to the next process step. Thus, the tires W fed from a hanging conveyer 10 are shifted onto the hangers H one by one, and are automatically conveyed, while they are automatically unloaded from a tire unloading device 60, thereby it is possible to enhance the assurance of conveyance.
