PURPOSE:To make it possible to selectively supplying a plurality of kinds of continuous papers one kind at a time and to print the continuous paper thus supplied, by providing a guide member for guiding the continuous paper, and a cutter for cutting the continuous paper into sheets which are supplied to a printing part, and selectively supplying a plurality of kinds of papers in response to a command from a printer. CONSTITUTION:Continuous papers 2, 2A-2C are guided to a printing part 13 by guide rollers 9, 9A-9C and guide plates 12, 12A-12C. When tractors 10, 10A-10C are selectively operated by a command from a CPU to feed a desired one of the continuous papers, e.g., the continuous paper 2 by a small amount, the paper is slitted at perforations 4 provided at both side parts thereof by a slitter 14 to become a sheet 15, which is fed to the printing part 13 by feeding rollers 11, is printed, and is placed in a containing part 16. Next, when the continuous paper 2C, for example, is fed by a small amount while being guided by the guide rollers 9 and the guide plates 12C, the paper is slitted at both side perforations 4 by a slitter 14C to become a sheet 15C, which is fed to the printing part 13 by the feeding rollers 11, is printed, and is placed in the containing part 16.
