RUBBER COMPOSITION WITH IMPROVED BLOOMING

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a composition prevented from blooming of the sulfur as curing agent, by incorporating an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer or rubber composition consisting mainly of said copolymer with an amphoteric surfactant. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. of either ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer rubber or rubber composition consisting mainly of alpha-olefin copolymer rubber with (B) 0.3-20 (pref. 0.5-15)pts. wt. of an amphoteric surfactant. Said ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer rubber is pref. such as to contain 50-85mol% of ethylene, containing small amount of diene as non-conjugated polyene. The blooming inhibitor is pref. of betaine type.
