PURPOSE:To prevent the flowing of overcurrents on the starting of load by properly controlling he output voltage and frequency of a DC/AC converter on a resistor or capacitor load as load and on motor load. CONSTITUTION:DCs from a DC power unit 1 such as a solar cell are converted into ACs by an inverter 2, and fed to load 5. The inverter 2 is controlled by a controller 3. The controller 3 controls the voltage of an AC output from the inverter 2 so as to be lowered on the starting of load and be increased with the lapse of time on a resistor or capacitor load as load 5, and controls voltage and frequency so as to be lowered on the starting of load 5 and be increased with the lapse of time on motor load as load 5.
